- Registration is required to attend CSAIexpo
- All information provided must be accurate and complete
- Registration fees are non-transferable between individuals
- We reserve the right to refuse registration at our discretion
Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the time of registration
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Early bird pricing is valid until September 30, 2026
- Group discounts apply to registrations of 2 or more people
Event Changes
CSAIexpo reserves the right to:
- Modify the event schedule, speakers, or content
- Change the event format (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
- Cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control
- Substitute speakers or sessions as necessary
Attendee Conduct
Attendees are expected to:
- Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
- Comply with venue rules and local laws
- Not engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior
- Respect intellectual property rights
Liability
CSAIexpo and its organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk.

All event content, including presentations and materials, are protected by copyright. Recording or reproduction without permission is prohibited.
